Bodywear FAQs
I enrolled in an aerobics class but am unsure what to wear, any suggestions?
First and foremost, clothing should be comfortable and breathable. While there isn’t a requirement for a specific type of attire, people generally wear simple clothing, such as: a sports bra, tank or t-shirt, and workout shorts or pants. Depending on your comfort level, plan your outfit accordingly. Whatever you wear should allow you to feel comfortable and confident as that will promote the best workout experience.
I always stress about summer because it means swimsuit season. I have a bit of a tummy but am not sure what the best way to camouflage it is, any suggestions?
Everybody has a trouble area that often times needs to be camouflaged; however, there is a suit that will help achieve this goal while giving you confidence. I suggest that if you have a concern with your midsection that you look for one piece suits that wrap and have pleats and gathering around the wait. These looks will not only help to hide, but the will decrease the look and emphasis put on an area by enhancing other areas. You may have to try on several suits to find the perfect fit, but the confidence you will feel will be worth the search.
What is the most appropriate material for workout clothing to be?
Although it is completely up to personal preference, most people find that breathable clothing is the most comfortable. Some prefer cotton, and others prefer technologically engineered brands. Clothing should provide support where needed, but should also allow freedom of movement as well. Whatever you find most comfortable is the material you should wear, as you will feel most confident in it.
